    Our Current Rate Schedule

    If you qualify for Tooth Angel services, the rates are as follows:

    • Child (under ate 13) cleaning and fluoride $42.00
    • Adult (between 13 and 21) cleaning and Fluoride $52.00
    • Sealants $16.00 per tooth
    • Temporary Filling placement $37.50 per tooth
    • Oral Hygiene Instruction $13.00
    • Screenings for decay $20.00
    • Dietary Counseling $13.00
    • Adult Cleaning over age 21 $70.00
